Altima

Felt liners for the rear wheel wells? Sound proofing probably, but what about all the road spray in the Mn winter that turns to slushy ice impeding wheel rotation?

You are good to go with the felt liners! My VW's have felt and have not had any problems at all. I did on the other hand have two of the plastic ones break on my GTI? I was on the fence at first but am now sold on them!

That Altima does not have much clearance, your VW probably has more, but I hear you on the plastic. Are you getting ready to ride again?

I rode 70 miles in the cold and snowstorm last weekend of Feb down in Lanesboro, 60 miles two weeks ago and 70 miles this past saturday. Getting there but it is slow going this year, lack of motivation? You been out riding? Did you buy an Altima or have you had this for some time?

Sounds like your plenty motivated with those kind of miles. I haven't done much. I was consistently hitting Wednesday night Pugsley rides with Praman and Death Rider leading up to Arrowhead and then faded off to zero mileage. I'm getting a few miles in Savannah at the moment, since I'm down visiting my parents over Abby's spring break. The Altima is Karen's car and I was suprised to see how close the tires ride to wheel wells or at least how close when everything is iced up.
